- Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized products, clearance, or sale items are non-returnable unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return:

- Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the address to ship your item back to us.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer-Paid Returns: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
- Shipping Costs on Defective Products: If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund Policy
- Refund Eligibility: Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
